Für mich ist der Effekt sofort spürbar.

Nach anfänglicher Verwirrung bei der Bedienung habe ich mich dann doch schnell eingefunden. Ich benutze die Matte jetzt täglich. Für mich ist der Effekt nach ca. 20 Minuten spürbar. Sowohl bei der Stressreduktion, als auch zur Behandlung meiner chronischen Muskelschmerzen (seit Jahren Fibromyalgie).
Ich kann sie nur weiterempfehlen.

1.Testbericht MultiSpa Sitzmatte

Die Möglichkeit Anwendungen der Naturmedizin gleichzeitig zuhause anzuwenden und bzgl. der Effektivität zu kombinieren ist von großen Vorteil. Die Steuerung ist einfach aufgebaut und übersichtlich. Die beigefügte Anleitung („Fibel“) ist sehr ausführlich aufgestellt. Beim Praxistest ist es sinnvoll vor der Anwendung ein Glas Wasser zu trinken, Frequenzen zu kombinieren und zu wechseln. (z.B. 20 und 40) ist ebenfalls ratsam, und Effektivität zu steigern. Die Oberfläche ist beim Sitzen recht hart, d.h. reine Gewöhnung. Im Gegensatz zu einer großen Matte ist das Gewicht der Sitzmatte deutlich geringer, und wird in Praxis im Sitzen auf dem Stuhl oder Couch öfter eingesetzt, als die große schwere Liegematte. Wer zus. Platz für die Liegematte hat, dem ist diese zus. zu empfehlen. (ich hatte vorher Liegematte eines anderen Herstellers) Optimierungsbedarf: Eine App mit Suchbegriff "Beschwerde" = Frequenzen wäre hilfreich.

Aus meiner Sicht eine wirklich lohnenswerte Anschaffung, auch wenn ich nach 14 Tagen nicht wissen kann, wie weit sich meine körperlichen Symptome weiter verbessern. Zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt geht es mir speziell um fazielle Probleme und ich kann definitiv sagen, da tut sich was; auch wenn die einsetzende Entgiftung nicht immer nur angenehm ist. Und das schon nach der ersten Anwendung. Unabhängig davon ist die Entpannung einfach wunderbar und besonders aktuell ein "Anker, den ich jeden Abend auswerfe. Ich bleibe dran und bin sehr dankbar; auch für den bisher sehr guten Service.
